- Project Supervision
The highest level of management of projects appointed by the company, responsible for every aspect of control work, from budgeting, to work, to quality.
- Marketing Centre and Client Marketing group
project and client matching, responsible for communication and liaising between clients and projects.
- Information Services Team
provide information and technical assurance for project supervision, production and creation.
- Quality Control Team
appointing quality control personnel facilitate company supervision and project quality.
- Work Supervision Team
overall planning personnel participate in projects, facilitate all work between project groups and the company more generally, as well as facilitating project supervision and undertaking standardization procedures with the producer.
- Production Personnel
are employed at the suggestion of the head producer after being approved by the project supervisor.
- Pre-production Team: responsible for the creation of film/TV content. The pre-production team leader is nominated by the project supervisor for the approval of the general manager. Other members of the pre-production team are nominated by the pre-production team leader, appraised by the head producer, and are approved for employment by the production supervisor. |
